Kevin Penn

Kevin Penn is the President and Chief Executive Officer of James Campbell Company.  With over 25 years of executive leadership, strategic and operational experience, his career includes 20 years of commercial real estate experience.  In recent years, he successfully led a large national organization, demonstrating his ability to navigate challenges and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. 

Kevin has Hawaii ties and graduated from Punahou High School.  He received his bachelor’s degree in English from Boston University in Boston, Massachusetts and his MBA from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina.
