It is uniquely located within a master planned region of over 32,000 acres on the western portion of Hawaii’s most populous island of O’ahu. Since ground was broken for the City of Kapolei in 1990, the population in the region has more than doubled to 115,000 and is projected to reach over 170,000 by 2035.
